Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of grocery products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


1. Returns

  • Products once delivered are not eligible for return, except in the following cases:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Expired products

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Fresh items (fruits, vegetables) unless spoiled at delivery

  • Opened or used products

  • Products reported after 24 hours

  • Orders once dispatched


3. Refund Policy

  • Many grocery platforms process refunds after issue verification and within a few working days.

  • No online refund or cancellation requests are accepted.

4. Replacement

  • In valid cases, we may offer:

    • Product replacement, OR
