1. Returns

Products once delivered are not eligible for return, except in the following cases:

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

Fresh items (fruits, vegetables) unless spoiled at delivery
